Contract Negotiation and Forms
We will provide you with all the Contracts and Disclosure Statements you will need during the selling and closing process. We will also negotiate on your behalf any offers coming in and will review all contracts. Basically, we keep the selling or buyer's agent off YOUR back. You can get involved if you want to. However, if you prefer, we can handle all of the negotiations. We deal with buyer agents everyday and negotiate contracts for a living. We'll make sure you get the highest sales price possible.
We will also work with the buyer's agent and negotiate the inspection process as well, making sure the inspection done on the house is fair; we will coordinate with the buyer's agent, inspector, attorney, loan officer, and any other parties involved, to make sure the entire selling transaction is smooth and there are no surprises at closing. The upfront fee you pay to us is your payment to advertise your home. At closing, we charge a small fee of the sales price to negotiate your contract. There are 3 flat fee packages you can choose from, as well as a full service package.

A Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) report gives you a comprehensive look at properties currently for sale, and that have been sold in you area. This report provides you with the market information needed to correctly price your property.
7.EXPERT CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
